Labelled the fastest growing franchise of 2022, Daves Hot Chicken contracted Giant Containers to build their first mobile kitchen. This 20’ kitchen concession trailer is a fully functioning travelling kitchen that can pop up at events, tradeshows and festivals across the country. The trailer is equipped with a generator, propane lines, deep fryers to make their world famous fried chicken, refrigeration, prep stations, heating/cooling and service windows.
