The Laneway Home

In Toronto's vibrant east end, the 339 Laneway Home, a collaborative project with Project Studio Architecture, ingeniously transforms two shipping containers into a modern, compact residence atop a solid foundation, seamlessly blending with the neighborhood's architecture and highlighting the potential of sustainable construction in addressing urban housing challenges.

Acorn Sales Center

This project redefines real estate presentation by seamlessly blending functionality and aesthetics in modern, eco-conscious living spaces, symbolized by the creative use of shipping containers.

Modular Production Facility

Next up, our work on the Modular Production Facility at Molson Breweries' flagship site in Ontario, Canada. Through innovative modifications to shipping containers, we transformed these 40’ containers into a 640-square-foot production space, reimagining industrial environments for Molson's latest innovations.

Los Angeles Affordable Housing

This project was a collaborative effort between Clifford Beers Housing, American Family Housing, and Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects and involved the construction of 16 towers, each consisting of three modular containers, creating 54 one-bedroom units. The design includes walkways, communal rooms, commercial spaces, and rooftop terraces, promising a transformative space for the community.

Joshua Tree Residence

This single story home is meticulously crafted from purpose-built custom shipping containers. The house boasts an abundance of windows that flood the interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.

As we wrap up this incredible year, we can't help but feel a sense of pride in the diverse projects we've embarked upon. Each endeavor reflects our commitment to excellence, creativity, and sustainable solutions. As we sip the last few cups of coffee for 2023, we're thrilled about the ongoing and upcoming ventures—the luxurious retreats in Montauk and the Hamptons, the iconic Whitaker Starburst house, and the culinary haven in the Florida Everglades. The journey has been nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to share more of our adventures with you in the coming year.
